There are two classes on this video to help you to relax. The first class is great for the back and is twenty-six minutes long. The second class is longer and more challenging. It gives wonderful results! It is forty minutes long and is for beginners and intermediate students. Both classes include warm up stretching, physical exercise, breath meditation.
