When ordering from overseas, shipping rates are proportionally higher for orders of one item vs. two or more items. U.S. Postal costs have risen dramatically in the last year. Expedited (Faster) UPS Shipping : Please call for availability & rates. Heavy Orders: Extra shipping will be charged for large, heavy orders such as Tea Lattes, Gallons of Oils, Massage Creams, and Large Cereal Orders. Please indicate in the "notes" field when you're finalizing your order if you'd prefer to have a shipping quote prior to us charging your card, or feel free to call or email us for a shipping quote. International Orders: SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES: This website cannot determine international shipping costs. The shipping cost is added to the order once the warehouse is able to process it. International shipping is much more expensive than domestic, so if shipping cost is a concern for you, please indicate in the "notes" field when you're finalizing your order if you'd prefer to have a shipping quote prior to us charging your card. Orders from abroad may have additional shipping fees depending on the country & method of shipping. You can also order by either calling us at 505-747-2860, or by E-mailing us at customer service. International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service International Priority Mail. Orders will be charged actual postal costs, insurance when available, and a 4% Handling Charge, and that's it, we do not add anything to the shipping cost. If you feel the shipping is too high, please note that we are not determining or setting the shipping costs, that is up to the United States Postal Service. Please be aware that the Postal Service will not insure packages to some countries (examples are Mexico and India). Please be aware that this might be the case for your country and therefore Ancient Healing Ways will not be held liable for shipments that get lost. To prevent this we can send out packages through UPS Global Priority at your request; this is insured, and also much more expensive. Return Policies: If you are not satisfied with the product you can return it within 30 days of Invoice Date. Please be sure to include a copy of the invoice and the reason for return. We do not accept open Cereal or Tea boxes back. This also goes for oils. If you would like to receive something else instead, we can send this out if your claim reaches us within 30 days. If the Sales Rep entered the wrong item, re-shipping will be free of charge. If you decide after receiving a product, that you would like it to be replaced by something else, we do charge you shipping. We also charge return shipping fees, unless it is our mistake.
